Welcome to ViewPaid. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About ViewPaid

ViewPaid is a performance-based creator marketplace that connects brands with content creators on TikTok and YouTube. Brands fund campaigns, creators post content promoting those brands, and our AI verifies the content and tracks views to automatically calculate creator payouts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ViewPaid. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Brands & Campaigns

• Brands must provide accurate contact information when submitting a campaign.
• Campaign budgets are authorised via Stripe and captured only upon campaign approval. If a campaign is rejected, no charge is made.
• Brands are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with applicable advertising laws, FTC disclosure requirements, and platform community guidelines.
• ViewPaid charges a 10% platform fee on all campaign budgets.
• Unspent budget may be refunded upon campaign cancellation subject to a 30-day wind-down period.
• Brands receive a unique reference code by email upon submission. This code is required to access campaign stats.

4. Creator Accounts

• Creators must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts.
• Creators are responsible for ensuring their content is authentic and genuinely promotes the brand.
• Submitting fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant content may result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
• Payouts are calculated daily based on verified view counts and the campaign's rate per 1,000 views.
• Earnings begin accumulating 48 hours after a video is approved. This hold applies to all platforms and exists to allow view counts to stabilise.
• ViewPaid deducts a 5% platform fee from each creator payout. For example, if you earn $100, you receive $95.
• A minimum payout threshold of $10 applies. Earnings below this threshold will accumulate until the threshold is met.

5. AI Content Verification

ViewPaid uses AI to verify that submitted videos genuinely promote the relevant brand. Our AI analyses video thumbnails, titles, and descriptions. Decisions may be reviewed manually. ViewPaid reserves the right to reject content that does not meet campaign requirements, including content where the brand is only incidentally mentioned.

6. Fraud Prevention

ViewPaid monitors for fraudulent activity including artificially inflated view counts. Videos with suspicious engagement patterns (e.g. very high views with near-zero likes) may be flagged for manual review before payout. Videos posted before the campaign was created are not eligible for payouts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Artificially inflating view counts through bots or other means.
• Submitting videos that do not genuinely promote the brand.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits.
• Using ViewPaid for any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate AI verification through prompt injection or other means.

8. Payments and Payouts

All payments are processed through Stripe. ViewPaid is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your financial institution. Earnings are calculated based on verified view counts pulled daily from the platform on which the video was posted.

9. Termination

ViewPaid reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms. Unpaid earnings may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ViewPaid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific earnings for creators.

11. Limitation of Liability

ViewPaid's liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ViewPaid after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
