On the clipping side, brands like streamers and gaming studios can run clip campaigns where creators take the best moments from a stream or video and repost them as short-form content. In both cases, creators are paid per 1,000 views their content earns — tracked daily via the official YouTube and TikTok APIs — and brands only spend budget on views that actually happen.
Why only TikTok and YouTube?
They are the two largest platforms for the types of content ViewPaid campaigns are built around — short-form clips, gameplay, product reviews, and ad reads. They also deliver the highest viewer engagement of any social platforms in these categories. Critically, we have invested significant time building AI verification and fraud detection methods specifically tuned to how TikTok and YouTube work — their APIs, their engagement patterns, and the signals that indicate genuine versus artificial views. What types of campaigns can I submit to?

How does AI verification work?
Verification varies by campaign type. For most campaigns, our AI analyses the video title, description, and thumbnail frames to confirm the brand is genuinely promoted. For clip campaigns, it compares frames from your submitted clip against the source stream to verify authenticity. For ad reads, it checks for a clear dedicated sponsor segment. Most decisions are made within minutes — complex cases go to manual review. After approval, both ViewPaid and the brand continue to monitor your video for unusual engagement patterns. A suspicious tag may be applied if your like or comment rate looks abnormal, but this does not automatically stop earnings.
When do I get paid?
There is a 48-hour hold after approval before earnings begin. During this window, both ViewPaid and the brand review the submission — if a video looks fraudulent or off-brand, it's caught and rejected before any earnings are issued. After that, view counts are fetched daily directly from YouTube and TikTok's official APIs — not self-reported, not estimated. Earnings accumulate automatically based on those verified numbers and are sent to your Stripe account once your balance hits $10. ViewPaid takes a 5% fee per payout.
Can I see how my videos are performing over time?
Yes. Each video on your creator dashboard has a "View Stats" button that opens a per-day performance chart showing views, likes, and comments over time. If an anomaly is detected on a specific day — such as an unusual view spike or a sudden drop in engagement relative to views — it is highlighted directly on the chart with an explanation, so you can see exactly what triggered any flags on your submission.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
No platform-wide minimum. Some brands set their own follower requirements per campaign, but most are open to any creator with a public TikTok or YouTube account.
What counts as fraud?
Artificially inflating views via bots or paid services, submitting videos posted before the campaign was created, or submitting content that doesn't genuinely promote the brand. Detected fraud results in rejection and may lead to account suspension.

How is content verified?
Every submitted video goes through AI verification before it earns. The AI checks title, description, and frames depending on campaign type — ensuring the brand is genuinely and centrally featured, not just mentioned in passing. After approval, monitoring continues: ViewPaid's systems check engagement patterns daily, and you can flag any video directly from your campaign dashboard. Flagged videos are reviewed by our team and spend is reversed if fraud is confirmed.
Can I see per-video performance statistics?
Yes. Every video in your campaign dashboard has a Stats button that opens a day-by-day performance chart showing total views, new views per day, likes, and comments. Any anomalies — such as an abnormal view spike, a drop in engagement ratio, or a day with views but no likes — are flagged directly on the chart with a written explanation. This gives you a clear picture of which videos are growing organically and which may warrant a closer look.
Can I control who submits to my campaign?
Yes. You can set a minimum follower count, block specific creators by username, and for clip campaigns you can restrict submissions to clips from your own channel only.
What happens when my budget runs out?
Spending is tracked in real time. When the budget is exhausted, the campaign closes automatically and no further payouts are made. You can set milestone bonuses for specific view thresholds if you want to reward top-performing creators.
Can I get a refund on unspent budget?
Yes. If you cancel a campaign, unspent budget is refunded after a 30-day wind-down period to allow in-progress submissions to complete. If your campaign is rejected before going live, no charge is made at all.
